Patterns

Homepage
The homepage is usually a large promotional type page that can inform users with news and announcements, direct them to other key areas of your website, or display very important information.
Promotional
Promotional pages are typically your other top levels pages. Similar to the homepage, they are often more targeted with specific information for that section.
Informational
Informational pages are specific to 1 topic, and are usually less graphical or image heavy. They can contain lots of information providing the user with what they've been searching for.
